There’s Something in My Eye

There’s something in my eye. It’s itching. It’s been about 15 minutes now. Adam’s looked a number of times and even applied my first eye drop (yes, only one; eyes are not wired to allow foreign objects to enter them; telling me to keep my open doesn’t not change the fact that I have amazing reflexes and my eye  will close of its own accord whether or not you are shouting for it to remain open). At any rate, he insists there is nothing in there. To which I reply,

if you are not physically in my eye, feeling what I am feeling, then you cannot assert with no doubt that something is not in there. Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there (hello, ever heard of the concept of faith?? what do you not believe in God??). THERE IS SOMETHING IN MY EYE. SWEAR TO GOD (who you can’t see either – haha).
