The Lowdown

Ords are done . . . for now. We definitely have the polity ord facing us in the future since we didn’t take it this time. But with a lot of luck (and grace, and alcohol on the part of the readers) we might be done with the other three. We’ve set our expectations low, however, and say we’ll be pleased just to have passed one this time around. But we’re both lying, because if either of us has to take this damned exegesis ord again (and there’s a good chance one of us will) we will pull our hair out and weep like small children who have just lost their beloved bear.
The ‘in class’ ones were okay. I’d take them again if I had to - but this five days of taking one test in a language you have to bullshit your way through - let’s just say all these swear words might be a result.
But, for now, I say ‘adios ordination exams, see you again in october when you return to me graded. I’m off to Idaho, Eastern Washinton and Montana for ten days and I will forget about you like a bad date I’ll pretend never happened.’
See you again after school starts . . .
